I think that the program is corrupted, as the balances and dates from the last reconciliation (credit card closing statement dates) do not always match what I last entered.
I will attempt the re-indexing and report back. BUT the program seems unusable when working from my iMac desktop or HD. It seems to work from the Toshiba external drive. Change program default for file types mac. When I say work, I mean entering information and saving it successfully. It will not save otherwise.
